专利说明:

The present invention relates to a protective device for protection during hair treatment, such as the penetration of cutting residues after haircut, i.e. especially against short sharp hair remnants after cutting, and which can easily get in between the neck / skin and the clothes of the person being cut, or against hair color that can penetrate between the neck / skin and the clothes of the person who gets their hair dyed.
It is common for people to experience discomfort after visiting a hairdresser or after cutting their hair on the head and neck at home. The problem is that there is no available protection against the short hairs that are cut off getting stuck on the inside of the clothes you wear during the haircut.
Over the years, most hair salons have tried different solutions. Cotton or other soft material has been used in lengths, which is placed between the collar and neck / skin. It has used scrap paper or other paper / synthetic material, which is placed between the collar and neck / skin, and also folded over the collar.
Most hairdressers also use a coat of synthetic material, which is hung over customer clothes and which is then tied around their neck. Often in combination with the above-mentioned materials that are placed between the collar and neck / skin. Most hairdressers also offer brushing after the haircut, but this also does not remove all remaining haircuts from the skin and / or clothes.
Most children (of both sexes) and teenagers (mainly of the male sex) experience "itching" in the neck and neck, after cutting.
More than half of all adults, aged 18-45, also experience discomfort due to itching on the neck, shoulders and neck, after a visit to the hairdresser, or after a haircut at home. The problem seems to diminish in scope, with the increasing age of the people. 150512 Ans.te> <150009EN1 Women seem to experience the problem to a lesser extent. This can be assumed to be due to the fact that women often have longer hair than men, which means that the hairs are heavier and therefore rather fall down on the protective curtain, or directly on the floor.
We can not explain that the experience seems to decrease with increasing age for men. But the reason for this may be due to the hair becoming softer, or less sharp with increasing age of persons of the male sex. The fact that the amount of hair decreases in older men can also be a contributing factor.
Most men, but also some women, state that they always, whenever possible, change shirts / shirts after visiting the hairdresser or after a haircut at home. If there is time, most users also take a shower. As for children up to the age of 12, it is almost always the case that the clothes are changed after cutting.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a new protective device which is more effective than the above-mentioned previous attempts to solve the problems of haircuts coming in between collar and neck / skin.
It has also been realized that a similar problem exists in connection with hair coloring, where hair color can run down the neck / neck of the person who gets their hair dyed, and then discolor the clothes that are worn.
The above object of the invention is achieved with a protective device comprising a strip or a collar intended to be placed around the neck of a person to be cut or dyed, and wherein the strip or collar comprises a carrier which is coated with adhesive on both sides, where one side of the carrier is coated with a first adhesive that adheres to all types of textile fibers, and the other side of the carrier is coated with a second adhesive whose function is to catch falling hairs and to prevent running hair dye from coming into contact with the person's collar or waistband. 150512 Ans.te> <150009EN1 The strip or collar is thus designed similarly to a double-sided adhesive tape, where one side is coated with an adhesive whose function when cut is to catch falling hairs, no matter how short and sharp they are, and the other side of " the tape "is coated with an adhesive that adheres to all types of textile fibers, but at the same time is easy to shape and fold and easy to remove. If the hairdresser, or the person in the home who cuts it, attaches such a "tape" along the inside of a collar or similar to the person to be cut, and then folds it over the collar, after which the collar is buttoned with the upper button (if any) or fastened by to tie the string on the protective coat that is normally used, no hair will be able to get caught in the collar, or fall between the middle and neck / neck of the person who is being cut. If the hairdresser or "home hairdresser" then opens the collar button / ties up the string to the coat and shaves the neck, in the usual way, before the "tape" is removed from the collar, this in most cases also constitutes sufficient protection against falling hairs. This also prevents leftover hair from attaching to the textile material and causing irritation after cutting.
Correspondingly, the strip or collar works during dyeing, since the adhesive part of the strip adheres to the inside of the collar or neckline of the person being dyed and partially adheres to the skin of the person around the neck. Any running parts of the hair dye can then not flow in between the person's neck / neck and clothes.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the protective device is designed as shaped strips in the sizes needed to cover different collar dimensions and collar designs, set in relation to varying neck dimensions on humans, from small children, grown men. The latter can of course be anything from narrow and long-necked to thick and short-necked.
According to yet another preferred embodiment of the invention, the protection device is designed in the form of perforated strips / sheets and / or running meters without perforation, rolled up on a roll, with a length which can be easily adapted to the customer / for the hairdresser. For larger salons on rollers with a larger number of running meters and for home use in a shorter number of running meters. 150512 Ans.text.docx 150009EN1 According to a further preferred embodiment, the carrier is provided with a layer which prevents liquid penetration through the carrier.
The invention will now be described in more detail in the form of a pair of non-limiting exemplary embodiments, illustrated by means of the accompanying schematic drawing figures, in which Figs. Fig. 1 shows a protection device according to the invention in a plan view, Fig. 2 shows the protection device in Figs. 1 in section along the line A - A and on a larger scale, and Fig. 3 a three-dimensional view of the protection device formed for use.
A protection device 1 according to the invention comprises a carrier 2 for a two-sided coating of adhesive. The adhesives preferably have different compositions depending on whether they are coated on one or the other side of the carrier, but can also be the same adhesive if a suitable adhesive can be found which meets all the requirements. The carrier 2 must be flexible, and can consist of paper, cardboard, textile, other synthetic material, so-called non-woven or of any other material that can also provide the right properties for the usability of the product. The material must be compliant both against the collar of the garment as well as against the skin and neck / neck on which it is cut. Finally, the wearer should be able to easily fold over a collar or the like after it is attached to the inside thereof. The carrier must be of a tough material which does not split too easily and which does not crack, without the person applying the material wishing to tear it off.
The wearer 2 is provided on one side with a first adhesive 3, for the side to be attached to the garment. This adhesive 3 must thus be designed so that it adheres to all types of textile fibers, whether these are the type of synthetic fibers or natural fibers and in the latter case, whether they originate from the animal kingdom or the plant kingdom. At the same time, the adhesive 3 must have a chemical composition which makes it easy to remove from it garments to which it is attached and also such that it leaves minimal residue on the textile material. It must be easy to remove any residual products during ordinary washing, in the washing machine or during hand washing. It must also be of such a type that it does not pose a risk of allergic reactions in humans. 150512 Ans.text.docx 150009EN1 The carrier 2 is on its other side provided with a second adhesive 4 for the side to be attached to the customer's / user's neck / neck. This adhesive 4 must be completely allergy-proof, it must have the property of attaching to human hair of all types, but at the same time not attaching so tightly that it does not do more than minimal resistance, when it is to be detached from the skin, when the person being cut is to get his neck rakad.
In order to prevent hair dye liquid from penetrating through the protection device 1, the carrier 2 is designed to be impermeable to liquid, such as, for example, hair dye liquid. This can be achieved by the carrier 2 on its side facing the first adhesive 3 being provided with a layer, for example a foil, of liquid-impermeable material. The carrier 2 can moreover have liquid-absorbing properties so that it itself retains any flowing hair dye.
The protective device 1 according to the invention is also preferably provided with a first protective material 5 which covers the side coated with the first adhesive 3. This first protective material 5 may be of paper, cardboard, textile, synthetic or some other thin mentally opaque and tight-fitting material. The first protective material 5 for the first adhesive 3 should be slightly stiffer than a corresponding second protective material 6 located on the other side of the carrier 2. It should have properties that enable it to protect the adhesive 3 from drying during storage, but it should also release the adhesive. when the user wishes to remove the protective material 5 to release the adhesive, so that it can adhere to the textile material.
The protective device 1 according to the invention is also, as mentioned above, preferably provided with a second protective material 6 which covers the side coated with the second adhesive 4. This second protective material 6 should have substantially the same properties as the first protective material 5, but should be even more flexible and easy to remove from the second adhesive 4 to make it easier for the hairdresser / home user to release the surface to be attached. against the skin of the customer / person to be cut. 150512 Ans.text.docx 150009EN1 It may also be the case that the protective materials are divided in the longitudinal direction, so that the part to be attached to the collar first and the part to be folded over the collar have been removed. The same then applies to the part to be attached to the skin. It is then possible to remove the protective material over the part to be attached to the skin first, and leave the protective material over the part that is folded over the collar until the cutting begins.
The protective device 1 according to the invention is preferably packaged in a packaging material (not shown), which should be designed for professional use and / or home use, and which should ensure that the device has a long shelf life and is easy to store. The packaging material should also be designed to make it easier for the potential distributor to stock, pick up and ship the products.
When the protection device 1 according to the invention is designed so that it can be used in pre-cut pieces, each of the pre-formed lengths (which can then come in different sizes) must have an enclosure of paper, cardboard, synthetic material, textile or non-woven material, which can be easily split and pulled apart, to release the device. Examples of similar packaging can be mentioned patches in piece packaging or sanitary napkins which are also available in piece-packed design.
When the protection device 1 according to the invention is designed as a roll (not shown), with or without perforation, it must be in a package which provides sufficient durability and which can be reused when opened and the user has taken the length or lengths needed at each time.
If the protective device 1 is designed as a roller, it may be sufficient that only one of the adhesive is protected by a protective material, since the other adhesive in this case lies against the other side of the protective material in the roller.
The protection device 1 according to the invention can also be provided with an elongate groove (not shown), which functions as a folding guide where the device is to be folded around or over a collar or the like on the person to be cut or have their hair dyed. 150512 Ans.te> <150009SE1
